Oct 26, 2010 · Also, according to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/languages the use of the Arabic LIP requires that your Windows Vista installation be either Ultimate or Enterprise. Other versions, Home Basic, Premium, etc, are not eligible for this language pack. As well, I have merged this thread with your original.
