Conceivably you could find a utility somewhere that can convert .PFA to .PFB (PostScript Font Binary) and derive a .PFM file from a combination of .AFM (Adobe Font Metrics) and .INF file (which you apparently don't have).

    Nov 11, 2015 · I actually resolved that problem a while ago. All I had to do was installing both files into windows fonts folder, if it didn’t work for Indesign, I put those files in Indesign fonts folder. Finally, I installed the latest version of Suitecase Fusion patched for windows 10 and no more problems with Type one fonts so far.
