May 22, 2018 · However, according to the Microsoft OS life cycle chart Windows 7 is supported through the beginning of 2020. Windows 8.1 will be supported through the second quarter of 2023. My question is; will Microsoft still support Windows 8.1 to 2023, or have they decided to end support on this OS early by stopping security updates?
