Feb 20, 2016 · Prior to upgrading (had 8.1) I paired my phone and my laptop. I would open a picture on my phone, select share, choose bluetooth and my computer's name and the file would transfer in 1 second from my phone to my computer. In the bottom right by the clock, a box would pop up telling me a file had been received.
