Dec 28, 2013 · Hi, I have just purchased Windows 7 Home Edition (English version) and installed on my PC. When I want to install the Chinese Language pack so that I can at least input and install Chinese programs as my old XP/Vista machines; I notice that "Install/Uninstall Language" option is not available.

I just wonder if we could take advantage of multiple language support in windows phone 7, 7.5 in any mean to enhance user's experience. For example says that how I can detect what language user use on the phone (this appear in start up setting) to auto change my app language.
