This could be antivirus, backup agents, encryption agents, etc. So you will need to determine if the installed filter drivers support ODX. As a quick note, if the filter driver supports ODX, but the storage does not (or vice versa), then ODX will not be used.

I am not seeing the PV MD3220 as a supported array for ODX. I believe the Equallogic arrays with the latest firmware is supported with it. Below is the support matrix for the MD3220 and it lists everything the array is supported to work with.
