First of all, NT4 does NOT support FAT32 and therefore will not recognise a FAT32 partition (without the aid of 3rd party software). Win2k, however, supports FAT16,32 and NTFS.

replace fastfat.sys (for FAT32 support - it works, but w/o support for 'X' partitions - FAT32X, ExtendedX). Also note that Windows NT 3.51 does NOT support NTFS5 (Windows 2000) partitions and higher.
