Feb 18, 2009 · My HTC Mogul running Windows Mobile 6 will not sync with my laptop running Windows XP, Outlook 2003 and ActiveSync 4.5. I get Support Code 85010014. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Jul 15, 2010 · Thank you for your reply. "Enable HTTP Keep-Alives" was already checked and set for 120 seconds. I change 120 seconds to 600 seconds. The Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync Virtual Directory was already using ASP.NET 1.1.1432.

I have Windows Mobile 6 standard on the phone and i have uninstalled and again installed ActiveSync 4.5 on the laptop and in Microsoft office outlook 2003 i have tried detect and repair which seems to work ok but when trying to sync, it again comes up with the same support code.
