Feb 15, 2016 · I purchased the 1 year subscription from the Microsoft store "Microsoft Assure Premium Tech Support". When I contact Microsoft support, I argue with them for at least 30 minutes each time when they tell me that I do not have the support and that I can eliminate the problem by purchasing the support through them. Isn't this all part of Microsoft.
