    Oct 26, 2009 · This apparently works OK in XP and later but is a problem in 98. Yes you do have to turn on Multilingual support at installation time. I did that, with no happy ending. I still think the problem is in Visual Basic that needs to be set for Multilingual support when the program is to be run under windows 98.
