Mar 26, 2013 · dear community . I have Setup Windows 8 Pro with Media Center and both are running fine with Analog TV channels. In Siwtzerland we have now the possibility to watch free DVB-C channels on TV and I configured my W8MC for DVB-C, as the TV Card Support Analog and Digital.

Nov 05, 2013 · Same problem 'TV Tuner not found' in Windows 8 but an unrecognized device in device driver. Tuner card is Avermedia A373. Problem SOLVED by forcing windows 8 to boot without fast start - it then found and recognized the driver and card - all working OK. Issue is now Media Center will not set up the tuners - frustration.

Nov 24, 2013 · Windows Media center works with TV tuner Asus Hybrid U3000, using driver for Windows 7 64bit. There is no problem for free to air channels reception except for those that do not transmit EPG. When a local free to air non EPG channel is selected there is also no picture available(no data and no picture).

It is deemed an open source free alternative to Windows Media Center for Windows 10. Typically, it is readily available for Windows 7/8/8.1 but, there is absolutely no offense to use it on Windows 10. Dec 11, 2010 · Just wondering if anyone has tested any DVB-T2 hardware out on Windows Media Center 7 yet to see if it works? I am expecting delivery of the PCTV Nanostick T2 today but slightly worried that its not going to work in Media Center!
