Sep 08, 2011 · Some programs rely on Windows default charset. If I install Russian program, some text is shown incorrectly, as UTF8 text in ANSI. I came to conclusion that if I change default charset to UTF-8, my problems would be solved.

If the Bêta function "Unicode (UTF-8) to support the language worldwide" is unchecked, i have NO problems or BSOD during windows boot. Yes i know it's a bêta, but , i have chance because the Laptop have loaded windows after many BSOD, because i have tried Repair windows (That repair windows startup) and it found nothing.
