Jul 31, 2011 · How can I get Windows 7 on a JBOD disk configuration? Hey all, So Ive installed Windows countless times on countless computers, and now Ive started playing with RAID as Ive just acquired a third SATA hard drive and figured, ya know, itd be cool haha.

Aug 02, 2011 · In the setup nenus of all these OSes, the JBOD drive shows up normally, having a capacity of all three drives combined. In the case of 7 and Ubuntu, setup finishes normally, but neither can restart to complete the ibstallation, Windows 7 tells me it cant restart and undoes the install, Ubuntu just boots into recovery.
