Jan 27, 2010 · Did you upgrade windows xp\windows vista to windows 7? As Windows Vista and Windows 7 include support for East Asian characters in the standard installation, it should have worked. However, the procedure explained on Microsoft's support page does not work in 7 for the Japanese font set, as it did with Vista.
