Jan 08, 2017 · Today I have a Windows 7 laptop with an AptX dongle that I use for my AptX headphones and hifi. Is AptX support built into Windows 10 so I can buy any of these laptops or do I need to call the manufacturers and check for special AptX enabled drivers? Thanks very much, William

Oct 23, 2014 · Windows phone 8.1 GDR1 (update 1, which should be released very soon) clearly states it will add support Apt-x codec. So, I guess it means no windows phone prior to this version has it, but the good news are that they are adding it in the next update.

Nov 11, 2014 · i just recevied my Tablet8 with Windows 8.1 and i really like it. I'd also like to use this as my wireless music playback device, but I cant find any helpful information regarding the Supported Bluetooth Codecs. Does the built in Boradcom Bluetooth adapter support aptX? or is it just a piece of Software which brings the aptX support on Windows 8.1?
