To my knowledge, both monitors have to be set to the same resolution or multiple monitor support will not work with TS and there is a resolution limit of 1600x1200. Jun 09, 2016 · Most of the remote sites connect to Terminal Servers. While this setup works well, when it comes to being able to remotely support them we run in to some problems. If the user has a single screen, it's easy enough to jump on the terminal server and shadow their session, however if the end user has dual screens this doesn't work.4.8/5(309)
