Jun 02, 2014 · It's time to renew with VZW. My current DROID RAZR MAXX works fairly well. More importantly, I found a hack to disable fast dormancy. Some carriers (notably, Rogers in Canada) don't support it, causing the phone to do ugly things (e.g., freeze).

Fast dormancy should allow the switch between 3g and H when you are using your phone after a period of idle. The problem is that with 1+5 the phone "freezes" himself to 3g and i'm not able to use the internet until i go to "##4636##" and force 4G.
