I was having problems with some drivers not installing (most importantly the wireless driver), after contacting Acer Support it turns out that the hardware in this product was designed to be compatible from Windows 8 and that the drivers are not available for windows 7.

This was done on a Dell laptop with a valid Windows 7 license while it was a free upgrade to Windows 10. So we called MS only to have them tell us that Windows 10 will be dropping support for older Windows 7-8.1 drivers and that we had better go back to Windows 7 as our Dell hasn't made any Windows 10 drivers for the Studio 1558.

I think AMD should be providing Graphics Drivers for Windows 8.1.and Windows until the end of the lifecycle for both products.
