I called Comcast/Xfinity today and verified that the Comcast ISP is IPv6 enabled. My modem, an Arris Surfboard SB6183, supports IPv6. The Portal router does does not support IPv6. So to access IPv6-only sites I will have to purchase a new router. It's a shame because I really like the consistent range and reliability of the Portal.

Sooner or later, web site hosts will run out of IPv4 addresses they can use and will have to start hosting websites that only have an IPv6 address. At that time, the only people who'll be able to see those sites will be those who are ready. I just ran the IPv6 test on my line and it failed as I have no IPv6 support whatsoever with this router.
