Dec 27, 2019 · Tech support is awesome when you call in — for as long as they are on the call. However, the follow-up is pitiful. If the problem is bigger than the front line tech can handle, it does not get escalated, and I rarely get a follow-up email or call as promised. You have to hound them. The tech support is the best I’ve ever seen (I’ve been with dozens of hosts in the past, this is THE best).
