Mar 17, 2010 · I went to a foot Dr a few weeks ago and was diagnosed with plantar fascitis and heel spur growth. I hace VERY flat feet. I got the inserts the Dr recommended but after 2 days of wearing them for work outs my feet feel very sore. Is this normal? The arch level on the support is really high (according to friends who all have normal arches).
