Rosedene Rescue was founded over 20 years ago to help with the heavy numbers of stray dogs that were roaming the surrounding areas. Now, we help deal with dogs that owners that no longer care for, for a variety of reasons. We also deal with death row poundies -dogs that are due to be put down in council pounds- to help offer them a new start at life.

We fully expect a backlash from supporters of Rosedene and will say only this - as rescues we would never want to shut down another rescue but Rosedene is NOT a rescue, it's a disgusting, disgraceful place where dogs have been used purely to make money. We will not rest until action is taken to prevent any more dogs suffering.
