My customer portal is intalled in portal directory. I renamed it portal.old and put new portal files under portal directory and edit config as described. portal login page is ok.But can not login (it looks wrong db (says can not authenticate). When i request password , it says login required)

if the contact didnot recieve mail then after create a contact with portal access please zip the vtigercrm.log file (present under vtigercrm root directory parellel to index.php) and send the zip file to mickie at vtiger.com or send as a pm. please let us know for further support. thanks & regards mickie
