Jul 09, 2015 · When I click on the "Cycle multiple monitors" icon, I get the message "VMware Workstation does not support the multiple monitors feature in Other guests". Google found me no hits on this. Anyone know what it means or how I might get multiple monitors to work? The host OS is Windows 7 Professional x64, with service pack 1 applied.

Mar 24, 2015 · Multiple monitors works fine in a Win 7 guest on the same host machine (rules out host machine Spaces configs) I would expect that if Fusion was exposing all of my monitors to the OSX guest, that the OSX guest would at least have some indication via Display/System prefs that more than one monitor is hooked up to it.

Feb 18, 2013 · Does Workstation support multiple monitors on shared VMs? I'm running Workstation 8.0 on 64-bit Linux, with two guests - one is Windows 7, the other Linux Mint 12.0 - both 64-bit. Both are shared VMs. Neither will go into multiple monitor mode. I know that in my earlier experinentation, I've had multiple monitors working.

Yes multi-monitor support is available in VMware Fusion guests. In the menu "View" the option "Use all displays in Full Screen" will enable the feature to your guest.
