Research indicates the VM on Workstation was created with a 2MB block size. Any ideas on how to get the VM converted to run on ESXi 4.1? thanks

Jun 18, 2018 · I am using VMWARE to create a vm ubuntu, but when i try to create it, i get an error: The destination file system does not support large files. Im running VMWARE on parralles windows from my mac, and i have read about people who have a similar problem, where the solution seems to change some setting in the VMX to "false".
