Aug 04, 2009 · Imho, I think that VMWare is **obliged** to respond to and handle correctly to **bug reports** without selling support tickets for those issues.You have paid for the product so you should have the complete right to use a bugfree product. VMWare should distinguish between bug support calls and normal support calls.

I recently came across a scenario where a client wanted to disable the possibility of running VMs in NAT mode, but currently there is no easy to to do that without disabling the "VMware NAT Service" with a Group Policy Preference.
