Jun 11, 2015 · Base Essentials doesn't have support, it's Subscription only, meaning you automatically get license keys to new versions when they are released. All other VMware products have SnS, i.e. Subscription and Support.

Is it correct to state that this is completely outside the VMware support domain (i.e. VMware Production support, VMware Gold support etc) and thus, no support is available directly from VMware?
