Jul 30, 2013 · I have a question regarding support. We've just had a renewal quote for a 1yr support subscription for vCenter Standard and 8 processors for ESXi. We've not used any support since we've implemented vSphere, what are the benefits of a subscription over a per incident basis, as this is much cheaper? Thanks
