Sep 06, 2010 · At the moment, that "LAN IP" is your 2008 server's. What I am trying to tell you, that there is a second "LAN IP" which is that of your vmware guest machine. This means you will need to adjust the port-forward rule on your DSL modem so that the "LAN IP" of your vmware guest is used instead of your server (running the vmware workstation).
