Dec 19, 2008 · Support tells me the order number included in my email isn't valid and that only Vmware sales can help me. They transfered me there once this morning and I hung up after waiting 30 minutes on hold. I called a 2nd time and the tech support person told me he'd conference me in with someone, I'm still on hold. So let's see how vmware is going. 1).
