Mar 01, 2010 · Red Hat is fully in favor of granting us access to our Red Hat Linux servers. There has never been a question about who is in control of the system and that support would be offered. “Tech support mode”, should be fully supported. It should be allowed and endorsed by VMware and granted to ESX admins without a second thought.
