Any way, I didn't need support in the original 30 day time period, when we purchased it in Jan 2007The ver 6 arrives and it doesn't operate as advertised and I ask for support, and I get ( in the 30 day time period ) email support that is in India.

Sep 25, 2018 · Is there a way to run the email portion manually to just check whether it having email communication issue, or is this something with the proxy ? FYI - Months back, I did open a case with Vmware and they have checked the Support Assistant feature in my environment and no issues were found. Thank you.
