"Support clustering features such as Fault Tolerance" = EagerZeroed Thick Disk Choosing neither of these options would likely get you a LazyZeroed Thick Disk, but this can vary depending on the storage being used. If you intend to use VMware FT, then "Support clustering features such as Fault Tolerance" should be checked.
