Nov 03, 2009 · We're running a few VM's with Windows 2008 R2, and they run just fine. Make sure when you install the VMware Tools, you uncheck the SVGA drivers. Installing those will cause your BSOD and Hanging issues. If you search the forums, you'll see lots of posts with the same issue...

Jul 24, 2017 · I am attemping to P2V a physical Windows Server 2008 R2 server hosted by an HP DL360 server using the latyest version ov VMware Converter Standalone. Conversion fails as it looks to be unable to recognize the 100MB hidden partition hosted by the physical drive together with the C:\ partition. How can I bypass the problem?
