Aug 16, 2007 · I dont know the exact processor model- I am in a distant location and I'm just seeing the proc description in Device Manager. I just ran the VMWare 64-bit compatibility check utility and it FAILED. "this host is NOT capable of running a 64-bit guest operating system under this VMWare product.."
