Jun 26, 2017 · Hello. I have been writing a C# class library for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server. I want to use remote debugging to debug my code. I have read some guides on remote debugging for Visual Studio 2008, but some of the steps don't apply to Visual Studio 2008 Express (e.g. there is no option for Starting an External Program for the remote debugger monitor).

Nov 11, 2013 · So, I have to use VS2008 remote debugger for Smart Devices. Unfortunately, development for Smart Devices with older platforms (WinCE5/6/7) is possible with Visual Studio 2008 only. In the case of this message is about Windows Desktop development is OK, because there are newer Visual Studio releases available for that. Thanks for any answer.
