May 04, 2009 · I have a large project that I made in VB.Net 2008 and I wanted to add scripting support to it so that users can interact with the application through scripting, and it's absolutely necessary that it's VBScript, but after 2 days of searching and trying various solutions I finally realize that it can't be done in the version of VB.Net I am using.

asp files are highlighted as html in Visual Studio 2008 unless I put language=vbscript in all my <% > code blocks. lame! when I go to tools -> options -> text editor -> file extention I don't get vbscript or vb as an option, only c#, c++, html, etc
