Virgin trains just don't appreciate my custom. I have travelled on Virgin trains three times recently, each time I had a seat reservation, each time somebody else was in my designated seat, and insisted that they had a reservation. I had too find another seat and had to keep moving places when a passenger got onto the train and claimed the seat.
