I spent an hour on the phone with ViaSat tech support earlier today and at the end all they could do is promise to have someone call me back. The support person did say that it should not be cutting off phone service in bridge mode.

I had to have tech support out to fix an issue. Everything related to first issue went smooth. The guy came, found the problem, it worked fine, he left. Now 3 hours later, it’s saying the dish isn’t aligned and it’s not working again. Which is a completely new issue.
