Just purchased the Bionic, and I am **bleep** off.....The phone keeps dropping service for 4G, then internet, then no service to make calls. You have to start the phone again and it takes forever. Verizon and Motorola, somebody over there better figure out this problem before I go public, the news here is really wanting this story bad.

Oct 19, 2012 · I'm getting the update as I type this, but it's been over 2 hours now and it's still "Upgrading Media database". Now I understand that major updates like these do take a while to install, and yes, I do have a good amount of content on my phone, but I feel like this is taking longer than it should.
