I know backup from storage snapshot create another snapshot and deletes it after the backup is complete. Is it affect Primary Snapshot Orchestration snapshots? We plan backup 400 vm, create and delete too many "Backup from Storage Snapshot" requests. Are there any Veeam customer who use it this way and have no problems?

Plugins are for Hardware SAN Snapshots, and yes those are for VMware infrastructures only. You need to get a "Hardware VSS Provider" from your storage vendor and install it on both Hyper-V hosts as well as Veeam Off-Host Proxy. That will allow Veeam to initiate Hardware VSS Snapshots and use those for backup.
