Aug 04, 2015 · yes indeed im having the same problem driver 15.7 it doenst support AMD VCE i have the R9 390x with the laatest drivers and still no VCE , Raptr i would love to use it but everytime Raptr is active it crashes my games like , batman arkham knight , The witcher 3 , GTA V , BF4 . so yes i would love to know what the problem might be and also when i open Raptr at drivers it saysReviews: 30
