How far into the future will Microsoft support Excel VBA? We have numerous Excel VBA applications and are now migrating to Office 2007. I understand they will still work with Office 2010, but at what point will these applications need to be converted to something entirely different?

VBA probably won't get developed much, but it's unlikely that your things will stop working in the long term, and it will work on previous versions of excel. With that said, depending on what enhancements you plan for your tool to do, if you want to make an add-in you can do it a number of programming languages.
