May 18, 2016 · Most of the links for "more information" end up looping back to the main store page as they've been removed. All the categories on tickets have been removed. The 'Valve Business' page linked above is also very out of date, the latest one doesn't have a Cafe link on there. Your best bet is to contact support and ask them questions.
