Nov 30, 2014 · Virtual Connect Support Utility can be installed on Windows or Linux operating system. In my case I have it installed on Windows and I will use it in this post. To upgrade firmware first you need to download it and then start VCSU utility.

It is a document outlining the steps involved in upgrading the Virtual Connect firmware. It’s from 2013 but I couldn’t find anything newer on HP’s website.
