Aug 06, 2010 · Both instances of USB Printing Support have yellow !'s. Now my printer doesn't work. After spending time on the phone with Canon (printer manufacturer) tech support, they say their software and drivers are installed and that something's wrong with plug 'n' play or usb hardware on the machine. I'm ready to be done with this problem!!!

Jul 23, 2014 · This was on an XP computer so I decided to have the staff plug it in to a Windows 7 machine, thinking that it would automatically detect the printer and install it. Once plugged into the windows 7 machine it recognized and installed the USB cable but says the following: "USB Printing Support - Ready to use. NO Printer Attached".
