Apr 10, 2017 · USB Printer Support won't appear in Device Manager until the local printer is installed and detected. If USB Printer Support driver were missing i'd expect the installation would error with "Driver not found".

Yes the printer shows in the USB area "Sieko Smart Label printer 200". or "USB Printer Support" (depending on if I don't install the driver or go ahead an install it, respectively). But disabled. It says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
