UPnP is only supposed to use UDP on port 1900 but considering the massive mistakes made with UPnP, it can hurt to also test TCP port 1900. A good result is "Stealth" I am still looking for a LAN side UPnP tester. One possibility is Universal Plug-and-Play Tester for Windows by Noël Danjou.
