    @guiverc This looks like a general question about Ubuntu, rather than looking for support. Anyway, if you’d upgrade from 18.10 to 19.04, the root filesystem you get would be somewhat different from the root filesystem of freshly installed 19.04, I believe. 18.10 has /bin, /lib… and /sbin separately, while 19.04 has those, linked to /usr.
