An option is also available to recalculate prices after a rate change, so VAT inclusive prices stay the same if you do not wish to pass on a VAT increase to your customers. EU B2B VAT rules can be implemented by using this module in conjunction with uc_vat_number.

Dec 23, 2010 · D7 will contain some support in Ubercart for showing taxed prices directly, see #991638: How can we support VAT in Ubercart 7.x-3.x now uc_price() has been removed?.This module will probably still be needed to enter tax inclusive prices, hide taxes for certain roles, etc. but I will wait to see what UC3.0 supports before working on a D7 release of uc_vat.

I would like to implement european style VAT taxes in ubercart. Right now, this is sort of possible except for the fact that only the sell price is saved with taxes in the db. What I need: I need to be able to choose the tax on a per product basis. For example: food products usually have a VAT of 6% while most other items have a VAT of 21%.

Sep 29, 2010 · The default seems to add the VAT to the total (or sell price.) Personally I just get the client to add their prices excl.vat and have drupal add it on. But then the store is advertinsing everything excl.vat, which is fine for wholesaling, but what about selling to the public?

I am using Drupal 7 and Ubercart (version 3). I try to add TAX to only certain items which has a particular Taxonomy Term Selected. This functionality worked fine in previous version of Rules 7-2.8 But now for some reason all rules conditions come back as true and VAT is applied on all products.. I have tried downloading the older version same issue.
